Corinne
Alter, Senior Consultant, brings vast experience as an HR Generalist to
the Diversity Consulting team, having worked for many years as a Human
Resources Director in South Africa and for 18 years in Australia, both
in the corporate and educational sectors.
Corinne has extensive workshop experience, is a
trained Lifeline Counsellor, Facilitator and Trainer and is an
Australian accredited Trainer and Mediator. She has also developed,
managed and implemented integrated HR systems across a wide range of
industries.
Amongst other endeavours, Corinne has served for
10 years on the board of a private school in Sydney, the last six as
Vice President, with Human Resources as her special interest portfolio.
She has extremely well developed communication and
process skills, has mentored and coached many senior executives on an
on-going basis in her career and has a finely tuned ability to work
across cultural boundaries, as well as a broad range of other
differences impacting on the workplace.

John
Y. L. Chan
John Chan, Associate
Consultant of Diversity Consulting in Asia, has over 37 years working
experience in various leadership positions in Human Resources,
Marketing, Manufacturing, Planning and Finance in Shell Companies in
Singapore.
He was the HR Director in Shell Eastern Petroleum
(Pte) Ltd. in Singapore for 5 years, (one of the largest multinational
companies in Singapore with investments of US $5 billion in refinery
and chemical plants and a staff population of over 2000).
He concurrently held the position of
Transformation and Change Manager, Shell Oil Products East and in this
capacity worked with both regional and local leadership teams to
implement transformation and change programmes in various countries in
Asia Pacific. As the country HR lead, John was responsible for driving
and implementing Shell's Diversity and Inclusiveness initiative in all
operations in Singapore
Besides having held various leadership
appointments in diverse business functions in Shell (including Retail
Marketing Manager, Commercial Marketing Manager, Regional Manager,
Business Consulting and Solutions) during his career, he also worked
for 3 years at Shell headquarters in London as Strategic Change
Consultant and Strategy Advisor, Business Consultancy and Solutions, of
Shell Services International.
John is well-known in Singapore for his HR and
Change expertise, his achievements in building a strong partnership and
employee relations operating model with the Shell Employees Union and
growing the Union's Co-operative business to over 3 times since taking
over as its President since March 2000. His contributions and
achievement was recognized in May Day 2006 by being the awarded the
prestigious "Friend of Labour" award by the Singapore National Trade
Union Congress. John was also appointed recently as Co- Chairman of
Manpower Skills Development Council by the Work Development Agency,
Ministry of Manpower, Singapore to develop and implement the national
competency standards for the HR profession in Singapore.

Dana, Associate Consultant
of Diversity Consulting in Victoria, Australia, is passionate about
using difference to create dynamic results. Born and reared in South
Africa, Dana has cultivated an intense commitment to establishing
inclusivity and equity in the workplace and society. She has built a
solid reputation in Australia helping clients reach their full
potential and draws on her deep insight into human performance and
development, stemming from strong academic qualifications and 13 years
of hands-on experience in Human Resource Management and training roles

Felicity
Farmer
Felicity
Farmer is a Senior Diversity Consultant based in Brisbane who brings a
wealth of experience to the Diversity Consulting team, having served as
a Brisbane City Councillor for eight years. Whilst in her role as
Councillor, Felicity sought to create a flexibility of mind among her
constituents by implementing a range of inclusive strategies across her
community.
Prior to this, Felicity worked in State Government in Queensland and
Victoria for 13 years. As a policy strategist, she developed major
initiatives delivering long-term advantages for her organisation’s
clients, including an organisational development strategy for the
recruitment, development and retention of Queensland Health’s
Indigenous workforce.
Felicity has excellent strategic, communication and facilitation skills
to orient teams for focused work in complex environments and adds great
value when implementing Diversity Consulting’s wide range of products
and services.
Her extensive experience helping large public sector organisations and
their stakeholders position themselves as employers of choice enables
Felicity to make a key contribution to the culture change programs that
Diversity Consulting delivers.
Her work is informed by a Masters of Business Administration
(University of Queensland) and a Bachelor of Arts and Social Work

Prof.
John Hudson
John Hudson, Associate
Consultant of Diversity Consulting in South America, fluent in both
English and Spanish, specializes in international business, marketing
and diversity training. He was born in Buenos Aires, where he is
currently based, and spent his youth in Argentina, England, the United
States and Mexico.
John holds a Bachelor´s degree in Electrical
Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Duke University. In
addition, he has received extensive professional training at
Accenture´s Center for Professional Education in the US and Ashridge
Management College in the UK.
John began his professional career as a consultant
at Accenture, working in Argentina, Central America and the Philippines
for clients in the chemical, metallurgical, tobacco, banking and
beverage industries.
He subsequently worked as a Systems Manager with
Philip Morris Asia based in Hong Kong and working throughout the Far
East, primarily in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore and Thailand. John
has also worked in marketing management at GlaxoSmithKline, Procter
& Gamble and Roche, specializing in the introduction of global
brands into Latin America.
John is Director of the marketing program at the
School of Economics at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE),
managing the undergraduate degree programs for over 2,000 students. He
is also a professor of International Business and Marketing at the EDDE
business school and was previously Director of the Universidad de
Palermo´s Graduate School of Business.
John has participated as a business resource
consultant for international programs covering marketing, diversity and
intercultural management for General Motors, Toyota, J.P. Morgan,
American Express, Danone, BHP Billiton and Monsanto.

Kate Kelleher
Kate
Kelleher has joined Diversity Consulting as a dedicated trainer for
their newly developed First Australians Cultural Awareness
Program. Kate is Tasmania Aboriginal originating from the Cape Portland
Tribe in the North East corner of the State.
Kate has participated in a number of different activities within the Aboriginal community in Tasmania, New South Wales
and ACT, from attending the first Aboriginal Women’s Conference in Tasmania, to participating in an Aboriginal Inter-Agency
Committee in her local NSW area. The most memorable experiences, however, has been participating musically in the gathering of
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from all over Australia for Praise Corroboree, in Parliament House, Canberra.
With extensive experience in the public sector at both State and
Federal level and with six years in the role of Regional Manager in
Australia’s social security system, Kate demonstrates a firm
understanding of workplace challenges and a unique ability to relate to
people in all walks of life. In addition, Kate has twelve years as a
practitioner in the International Education Industry School sector
welcoming, placing and supporting young International students choosing
to study in Australia for a temporary period. Travelling regularly to
overseas markets in seven different countries, Kate brings a richness
of connecting with people groups and cultures and a solid skill set in
cross-cultural intelligence.

Liz Malcolm
Liz, Diversity Consulting's
Client Liaison & Communications Manager, has been a member of
the Diversity Consulting team since September 2006.
After completing her tertiary studies at Edith
Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia, Liz went on to gain a
wealth of experience in the areas of Marketing and Communications after
her relocation to Sydney in 1999. Her role as Marketing Manager Asia
Pacific with an international Training & Development
organisation offered her the opportunity to develop and implement
strategic initiatives before eventually starting her own business in
2004.
Responding to numerous requests for independent
business support, Liz began consulting full-time, providing internal
and external communications solutions to a wide range of clients from
the Royal Australian Air Force to leading Advertising Agencies. It was
during this time as a Communications Specialist that Liz was introduced
to Diversity Consulting and, keen to contribute to the building of
equity in workplace environments, has now joined the team full-time.

Molefi
Nene Molefi, Associate
Consultant of Diversity Consulting in Africa is recognised as a leading
expert in Diversity in Southern Africa.
Her competencies are around developing broad
transformation strategies aligned with South African legislation
international best practice and the business imperative of Managing
Diversity, all under the broader ambit of Change Management and
Transformation. She has worked closely with the Private Sector,
Multinationals, Parastatals, National and Local Government and
Regulatory Bodies.
As CEO of Mandate Molefi, Nene has travelled
extensively throughout the world; benchmarking South Africa's Change
Management Strategies with those of other countries and has been
invited as a speaker at the IPM Convention South Africa, IPM Convention
Zimbabwe, USA Diversity Exchange and in Vicenza Italy.
She is on the Boards of several companies as a Non
Executive Director, including Hudaco Industries Ltd, Brockhouse

Suzanne
Radford
As an
Associate Consultant of Diversity Consulting in Sydney, Australia,
Suzanne brings to the team a wealth of experience in HR strategy and
management.
Educated in South Africa, she graduated from the
University of the Witwatersrand with a Bachelors Degree in Industrial
Relations and a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources.
With some 20 years experience in a broad range of
HR roles, largely in Australia, she has consulted to high profile blue
chip organisations, the public sector as well as smaller organisations.
In pursuit of performance excellence, she has

Gretta Rusanow
Gretta Rusanow is a
management consultant, lawyer, university lecturer, and author of
"Knowledge Management and the Smarter Lawyer" (ALM Publishing 2003).
Gretta has over 18 years experience advising leading public companies
and professional services organisations around the world on a broad
range of strategy and implementation initiatives, with specific
expertise in the management and operation of the corporate legal
function.
In addition to her consulting work, Gretta
lectures at both The University of New South Wales and The University
of Melbourne, where she teaches "Managing Knowledge in Legal Services"
as part of their post-graduate programs. Gretta holds a BA LLB from the
University of New South Wales.

Paula Sieradzki
Paula Sieradzki, Senior
Consultant of Diversity Consulting, brings a wealth of experience and
expertise to the Diversity Consulting team in the area of
organisational development and HR best practice, drawing on her
extensive business background at a senior level in Human Resources
management and her professional experience as a Psychologist, Trainer,
Coach and Mediator. She has a highly successful track record in senior
Human Resource management roles with extensive experience across
various industries (IT, construction, manufacturing and health) and
with multinationals, SME’s and the public sector.
Paula has delivered major organisational change
initiatives, implemented performance, talent management, leadership
development, recruitment and succession programs and has been a
passionate driver of diversity in the workplace. She has a results
oriented approach, focussing on people as the key driver in the
achievement of business goals.
She holds a BA Honours degree in Psychology and
Secondary Teaching Diploma from the University of Cape Town, and a
Professional Development Certificate in Executive Coaching from the
University of Sydney. Paula is an Associate Fellow of the Australian
Human Resources Institute, a registered Psychologist, a member of the
International Coach Federation and a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

Ben
Taylor
Ben Taylor is an
organisational development consultant with deep experience in the
public sector and a focus on business transformation to improve the
customer experience. He focuses on the business drivers for diversity
and the role of diversity within organisational transformation using
lean and systems thinking approaches.
Ben has experience in the voluntary and private
sectors in addition to ten years working in and consulting to the
public sector, including seven years at the London Borough of
Hammersmith & Fulham, as Adviser to Mayor/Leader, eGovernment
manager and a leader of the Customer First project. He worked for
PricewaterhouseCoopers Government and Public Sector practice for three
years before joining Sector Projects in the UK to help establish a new
strategic advisory capacity for organisational and operational
improvement.
Ben has an MA (Oxon) in Philosophy, Politics and
Economics and is qualified as a Power+Systems Transformational
Leadership facilitator, PRINCE2 Practitioner (UK Government project
management), EFT level 2 practitioner, performance coach and Lean Six
Sigma Black Belt (PwC).

Dr Helen Turnbull
Dr Helen Turnbull, Associate
Consultant of Diversity Consulting in the US, has 30 years of
experience assisting businesses in enhancing organisational
capabilities. As a practiced Organisational Development consultant, Dr
Turnbull assists clients in developing a full range of organisational
development consulting services including diversity and multicultural
change management; strategic planning; training; leadership
development; executive coaching; team building; performance management;
communication systems; and merging of organisational cultures. She also
has an in depth knowledge of working with women and her dissertation
research was on the internalised oppression of women across cultures.
Dr Turnbull's Blue Chip clients include Texas
Instruments, Raytheon, JP Morgan Chase, Motorola, Hewlett Packard,
AT&T, Lucent Technologies, IBM, American Express, Citigroup
Europe, among others. Dr Turnbull made major contributions in assisting
Texas Instruments to win the Catalyst Award and the Malcolm Baldridge

in the Community Awards in 2001 and 2002.

David Walsh
David, Associate Consultant
of Diversity Consulting in Ireland, has wide ranging expertise and
competencies in the area of diversity management. He has conducted
research on the issue of policing and interculturalism in the Irish
context and has worked/lectured in both Ireland and Europe on diversity
issues. He is a former board member of SIETAR Europa (Society for
Intercultural Education, Training and Research), a member of the
Sociological Association of Ireland as well as the Institute of
Business Advisors. He is the author of Policing Pluralism (in
Cultivating Pluralism, Oak tree Press, 2000) as well as a range of
research reports on cultural diversity in Ireland. He recently acted as
a researcher on the EU funded, ten nation European Intercultural
Workplace Project which was undertaken in Ireland at Dublin City
University. David is a licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic
Programming and is trained in the use of Appreciative Enquiry as a
research methodology in managing differences. He is also licensed to
facilitate the Organisation Workshop and Merging Cultures Programmes by
the Power and Systems group, Boston, USA.

Zaidel
Marlene,
Associate Consultant of Diversity Consulting in Sydney, Australia, is
an industrial psychologist, has extensive experience in consulting and
training in diversity and equity, having worked for Mandate Molefi,
Heather Price's Diversity Consulting business in South Africa 5 years
prior to relocating to Australia and then joining the Diversity
Consulting team in Sydney.
She has conducted workshops on managing diversity
in a wide range of private and public sector organisations from senior
management to worker level, dealing with racial, gender, multicultural,
ethnic and disability issues; has participated in conducting diversity
audits for numerous organisations (i.e. customised and administered
questionnaires, conducted focus groups, analysed results and compiled
reports with strategic recommendations on diversity strategy), has
analysed and compiled many Diversity Capability Assessment Tool
reports, has trained and licensed many facilitators in the use of the
