What clients say about The Diversity Challenge:

“The feedback from thirty-seven workshops in Australia, New Zealand and London has been outstanding. One fantastic element of the program is the ability to customise for different locations. This really helped our international employees to engage in the sessions because it felt more ‘local’ and less driven by Head Office in Australia. The Diversity Challenge also provides summary reports to inform focus and priorities. This proved important…and has helped us reframe our focus.”

“We used The Diversity Challenge as the culminating event for our 2008 Diversity Week. The session was attended by 64 leaders in the Firm. Participants said not only was it fun, but there was valuable information sharing on important diversity & inclusion topics. People who were new to the conversation about diversity left the session making a commitment to become more involved and people who were already experienced felt that they had taken their diversity awareness to a new level.

The Diversity Challenge was voted as one of the best events of our Diversity Week.”

Diversity Manager, a UK Investment Bank

“We used The Diversity Challenge for our annual T.I. Worldwide Diversity conference, ‘Embedding an Inclusive Environment’, and it proved to be the best and most engaging conference we have had to date.

This was the first time the Diversity Challenge was used in the USA and we were delighted with the process and the results. The game enabled attendees to work on challenging diversity issues in a fun and competitive team based spirit and the post play discussion allowed us to develop priorities and strategic direction.

The Diversity Challenge is an innovative and unique approach to diversity and inclusion, and our objectives were met and surpassed as people left the conference enthused about the experience and energized about their part in embedding an inclusive environment at Texas Instruments.”

“I used the Diversity Challenge with the Executive of nab Australia and found that it stimulated their interest and thinking on the relevance of diversity and inclusion to their business strategy; helped them identify flexibility and diversity as key business priorities; and aided in the formation of an action plan to address those priorities. Subsequently, the Head of our Business and Private Banking operation has also used the Challenge with his own senior team.”

“The Diversity Challenge is a very innovative and effective tool and all managers and non-supervisory staff who have attended Challenge sessions report high levels of satisfaction.

Internal evaluations by our project team have found the Diversity Challenge to be an excellent tool, not only for sensitising and educating employees about diversity, discrimination and equity issues, but also for providing individuals with the impetus to take personal responsibility in their professional lives to embed inclusivity and change their own behaviour.”

Differences are presented to participants in an inclusive and non-judgemental manner so that their paradigms are challenged and they are fully engaged at all times.
