Policy Review

The fundamental requirement for establishing a working environment which is inclusive, equitable and free of discrimination is to install a menu of policies which are up-to-date, accessible, clear and easily understood.

Diversity Consulting is able to bring its considerable experience of drafting and appraising policies to bear in order to do a thorough assessment of your organisation's written policy documents pertaining to diversity and anti-discrimination. We will advise your organisation as to whether the menu of policies in place is comprehensive and complete and if not, how any gaps should be filled.
